Friends of Columbia County Animal Services (FOCCAS) was founded in 2011 by volunteers who served on the Columbia County Animal Services Advisory Board. We assist Columbia County Animal Services by fundraising and recruiting volunteers. Please consider making a donation or volunteering to help the animals in our local shelter!
